Why Bella Vita?
Sharon Machrone is the principal of Bella Vita Consulting. She established Bella Vita to provide private clients with the services she has been providing to the corporate and business communities for the past 25 years.
Her corporate experience includes structuring and building organizations and teams, coaching individuals to peak performance in a corporate environment, and developing questioning tools that have helped hundreds of individuals to uncover what they deem to be of true importance to them. Sharon's corporate experience generated the insight that effective change can only happen at the individual level, leading to her decision to offer services directly to individuals through Bella Vita. Her environmental coaching experience includes home design and helping dozens of individuals improve their personal environments.
She is certified as a professional coach by the International Coach Federation and has been trained in coaching by Dr. Richard Strozzi Heckler at the Strozzi Institute in California. She is also a Certified Focus Group Director and an expert in designing corporate and individual assessment tools that lead to growth.
